Grass-fed, wild venison box. This selection is the perfect introduction to venison, from the 100% wild deer that graze the ancient pastures of our Sussex Low Weald farm and the surrounding woodland.
The meat is hung on the bone for at least 7 days which develops its flavour, texture and tenderness. Your box will contain the cuts prepared by our expert butchers in our farm shop, vacuum packed and delivered chilled, ready for home freezing.
