All of the beef in our shop is from grass-fed, traditional-breed cattle reared on our farm in Chailey. We still use the same sustainable methods of farming our family have used for three generations, we believe it's the only way to get beef that tastes this good!
Our slow-grown heritage breeds of Sussex and Longhorn cattle are grass-fed for the entirety of their lives. Our beef is hung on the bone for at least 21 days to develop an intense depth of flavour, delicious texture and tenderness.
Your order will be expertly prepared for you by our butchers, packed in vacuum pouches then sent over-night in fully insulated boxes.
