Free-range, high-welfare pork, reared on our family farm in Sussex. This box will give you a taste of our slow-grown heritage breeds of Oxford Sandy & Black and British Saddleback pigs that spend their entire lives outside. They lead an active, outdoor life, spending their time foraging, rooting and wallowing on our family farm in Sussex just like pigs should. Growing slowly to natural maturity which produces meat with a superior flavour and tenderness unlike any other pork we have tasted.
Your box will be prepared in our farm shop by our expert butchers, vacuum packed and delivered to your door fresh, perfect for home freezing.
