Collection: Sausages & Bacon

Our Sausages are hand made with our home reared Free range Pork, using no processed ingredients just herbs and spices and organic gluten free oats in the place of the usual rusk.

Best used within 2 days or pop them in the freezer to enjoy later.

Our bacon is also all home reared and free range it is dry cured by hand and then air dried in our chillers, some is then smoked over oak chips, we also produce turkey rashers using the same methods.
